Dear Dave,

Thank you for your letter of the 14th instant. I have pleasure in enclosing herewith contract for signature and return also photographs, publicity, etc. On receipt of your signed copy of the agreement we will then send you our signed counterpart. I hope myself to be present for the engagement and look forward to meeting you then.

P.S. I will arrange for the group and their road manager to arrive at approximately 4.30 p.m. There are four BEATLES, a road manager and myself. With regard to the lighting I will arrange that with those concernced more or less immediately before the performance.
